Doughnuts

2 T       yeast
¼ C     warm water
1 ½ C  warm milk
½ C     white sugar
1 t.       salt
2          eggs
1/3 C   shorting
5 C       Flour

Glaze:
1/3 C   Butter
2 C       powdered sugar
1 ½ t    vanilla

4 T       hot water as needed

Let the dough raise and then roll out.  I used a wide mouth mason jar ring and the wrong end of a frosting tip for the center. Fry and glaze the donuts while they are still hot!
