Sugar Cookies

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Mix together

Sift togherher:
4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp baking powder

Add to other mixture and mix, add 1-2 Tbsp milk to make the right consistency. Bake at 350 for 11 minutes.

Frosting:
6 oz cream cheese
4 TBS butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups powder sugar
